Research Associate (Recent Grads/Entry Level)

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical organization to identify a Research Associate for an opportunity in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities

· Conduct laboratory experiments and scientific activities to support research, development, and manufacturing projects.

· Design, execute, and interpret experiments using sound scientific and technical judgment.

· Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.

· Present and discuss experimental results with department and project teams.

· Maintain knowledge of relevant scientific literature and contribute to scientific and technical discussions.

· Follow applicable GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company policies and procedures.

· Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files.

· Independently conduct experiments and support project objectives as assigned.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field.

· 0–2 years of relevant post-college experience.

· Hands-on laboratory experience with research, development, or manufacturing activities.

· Strong experimental, analytical, documentation, and data interpretation skills.

· Ability to prepare technical reports and communicate scientific results effectively.

· Knowledge of GMP, GLP, Design Control, or related quality systems is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Location model: 100% onsite – Tucson, AZ
• Schedule: Standard business hours
• Position Type: 1-year contract with possibilities of extension
• Pay range approved: $21-$23/hr
