Regulatory Specialist

The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Regulatory Specialist”.

Support global regulatory activities by coordinating documentation and certificates for product registration across 80 countries. Ensure proper notarization, apostille, and authentication of documents.

Location: Maplewood, MN
Contract Length: 12 Months
Pay range: $35-37/hour on W2 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global regulatory teams for registrations.
• Prepare, track, and manage regulatory certificates.
• Handle notarization, apostille, and document authentication.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing.
• Become a certified notary as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills; ability to work with global teams.

Preferred

• Experience in regulatory/documentation or life sciences.
• Familiarity with notarization or apostille processes.

 
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
