Title: Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager

Pay range: $80-$85

Position Summary:

• The Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager (TPM) role is a hybrid position based in New York City, focused on supporting technology delivery initiatives within the Capital Markets and Wealth Management trading platform environment. This role requires a combination of technical project management, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end implementations within financial services environments, preferably supporting capital markets or trading-related platforms.
• The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including platform owners, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and TPMs to support modernization, regulatory, and business enablement projects. The candidate will help drive initiatives tied to trading applications, order management, and related platform functions while ensuring alignment between business priorities and delivery timelines.
• This is not a pure Scrum Master role. The manager is seeking someone with a balanced TPM and Agile background who can independently drive projects, manage multiple Agile squads, coordinate stakeholders, and proactively handle risks and dependencies. Strong experience with Jira, Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and stakeholder communication is required.

• Implementation front to back (knows entire SDLC)
• Understands Agile Best Practice
• Played as a Scrum Master or Familiar with Agile methodologies
• Good JIRA experience (will be working extensively in JIRA to manage their days - managing backlogs from Agile Ceremonies, etc
• Exp managing multiple squads 1 or 2 TPMs
• This is a Hybrid Role - Scrum/TPM
• Communication is everything / Stakeholder Management is extremely important
• This teams stakeholders are mainly Platform Business - the platform owners
• Candidates has to be Self Driven and extremely organized.
• Need this candidate to be able to drive a project from the ground up, not wait for someone to tell them what needs to be done.
