Pay Range: $39.90 - $40.71 per hour on W2
Job Description
Russell Tobin seeking a Project Manager - Retail Marketing Operations who will provide critical marketing creative operations support to manage increasing workload associated with Fall 2026 initiatives and early 2027 planning, support master calendar milestones and timelines. The role will help coordinate and streamline the development of omni-channel creative assets, content, and copy across multiple customer touchpoints, ensuring timely execution, improved cross-functional alignment, and delivery against business objectives. This role will also support digital needs that impact creative process and needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-3-5 years experience in related role
-BA in business administration, retail or marketing management, project management or a related field.
-Proven experience in project management within the retail or marketing industry, with a focus on corporate retail or marketing operations.
-Strong understanding of retail or marketing processes, systems, and best practices.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
-Proficiency in project management tools and software.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Project Planning: Support the development of project plans across various initiatives and campaigns. Define, manage, and track scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
-Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on objectives and requirements. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members throughout the project lifecycle.
-Vendor Management: In some instances, identify and engage with external vendors, contractors and suppliers as needed for execution. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with client's standards and quality requirements.
-Timeline Management: Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against milestones and deadlines. Proactively identify potential delays or bottlenecks and implement strategies to keep work on track.
-Quality Assurance: Establish quality standard for projects to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
-Change Management: Evaluate and manage changes to project scope, requirements, or timelines. Assess the impacts of changes on project objectives and stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure alignment and minimize disruption.
-Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans as needed.
-Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for key stakeholders including senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and post-implementation reviews.

Salary : $40 - $41
