Join our fast-growing team driving the next generation of battery manufacturing. As a Project Engineer, you’ll take ownership of major projects that bring cutting-edge production lines to life — from concept through launch.

What You’ll Do

Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and vendors to deliver key project milestones.

Manage equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and production startup.

Ensure clean room standards, safety, and operational excellence in every phase.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Track KPIs, manage budgets, and keep projects on schedule.

Partner with global teams to align timelines, priorities, and production goals.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 8 years equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience leading capital projects ($0.5M ) from planning to mass production.

Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and interpreting technical drawings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Willingness to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours as needed.
