Product Registration Representative

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Product Registration Representative in East Syracuse, NY

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - East Syracuse, NY 13057

Pay rate: $18-$19.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist distributors, dealers, and homeowners with product registration and warranty-related inquiries.
• Register products for homeowners who do not have internet access and guide customers through the online registration process.
• Ensure product model and serial numbers are accurately entered into company systems.
• Communicate warranty coverage updates to distributors, dealers, and homeowners.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce cases.
• Update and correct product registration records as needed.
• Provide product registration confirmations and warranty information to customers.
• Route customers to the appropriate department when inquiries are outside the scope of product registration.
• Maintain accurate documentation while delivering professional and timely customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Previous experience supporting product registration, warranty administration, or customer support operations.
