• Support packaging design, development, and improvements
• Perform packaging-related work including testing and implementation
• Conduct research & analysis to support packaging solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on packaging initiatives
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic engineering knowledge (Packaging, Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
• Understanding of packaging materials and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
📍 Location: Maplewood, MN
📅 Duration: 12-month contract (possible extension)
💰 Pay Rate: $25–$30/hr
