We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Operations support associate to join our team. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will provide world-class support to field-facing partners while handling mutual funds with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service in all interactions with field-facing counterparts
- Manage a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshoot live mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries
- Assist with mutual fund journal requests
- Deliver and review plan options offered by the firm
- Apply firm policies and procedures related to account openings and maintenance
- Provide required documentation for:
- New account openings
- Broker-dealer changes
- Rollover requests
- Research and resolve service issues efficiently; escalate when appropriate
- Maintain strong follow-up and ensure timely resolution of inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent education/experience)
- Financial services experience required; mutual fund experience preferred
- Inbound call experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and sound judgment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to research, problem-solve, and escalate appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a high-activity, team-oriented environment
