The Assumption Department is seeking additional contract staff to support increasing production volumes. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
- Mail and scan all related packages on the same day.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email in the queue.
- Complete tasks accurately within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Interact with customers, internal teams, and on-site management.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and able to work full-time onsite.
- Familiarity with MSP or DOCV/MIR preferred.
