Marketing Manager-I
Contract (2 Months Possible extension)
San Francisco, CA or New York, NY (Onsite)
 
Pay Rate- $35-40 an hour on W2 (DOE)
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Drive marketing programs to build Video Channels brand awareness and acquisition
• Help coordinate campaign delivery, including storefront campaigns as well as off-platform levers, working with creative, merchandising and cross-org stakeholders
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance
• Use data and analysis to craft short leadership updates on marketing performance and key priorities
• Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work 

 
Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 5 years of professional marketing experience 
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements 
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) 
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion 
• Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels 
• Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives  

 
Preferred Skills:

• Experience in entertainment/media industries
• Demonstrated expertise in market segmentation and customer journey mapping 
• Track record of measurable business impact through marketing programs and initiatives
