Day shift (Shift 1): $25.00/hr
Night shift (Shift 3): $27.50/hr

Shift Schedule
Upstream Operations:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Downstream Operations:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Schedule Pattern: 3-4-3 rotation (three days on, four off, then four on, three off)Role Purpose
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the production of therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions. Working under close supervision, Level I associates will execute process recipes, follow written SOPs, monitor equipment and processes, perform basic lab tasks (pH, conductivity, sampling), and carry out sanitization activities to maintain the facility and equipment. Associates are expected to develop an understanding of cGMP compliance and aseptic technique.Key Responsibilities

• 40% — Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and processes, including CIP/SIP operations; document activities per GMP and GDP standards.
• 20% — Obtain and maintain qualifications for all assigned tasks; manage individual training plan.
• 10% — Perform basic lab analyses such as pH, conductivity, and product sampling.
• 10% — Handle material movements and transfers of raw materials and chemicals across production areas.
• 10% — Maintain equipment and facility through cleaning/sanitization; support 6S initiatives.
• 10% — Complete administrative duties including shift exchange meetings, communications, and project participation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (science-related discipline).
• Experience: 0-3 years; prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Skills:
  • Understanding of basic laboratory and manufacturing practices.
  • Strong logic, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and comply with cGMP/GDP standards.
  • Team-oriented with good communication and documentation skills.
