Job Title: Client Analyst
Pay rate: $20-$25/hr

What are we looking for? — Client Analyst
This is a Client Service / Investment Operations role supporting advisor teams and clients.
Top requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5 years of professional corporate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Financial services experience is preferred, not required
Key responsibilities
- Client onboarding: New client setup, data management, and contracting
- Meeting coordination: Schedule client/advisor meetings
- Investment account processing: Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on account applications through funding
- Tax season support: Organize tax data, track client consents, coordinate estimated payments, finalize returns, and support e-filing
- Internal coordination: Work with internal teams on account, Special Investments, and Private Equity requests
- Quality control: Track and report QC metrics
