Information Technology Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Connectivity Lead to define and deliver AI tooling and data integration initiatives that enable seamless access to high-quality financial and research datasets. This role blends product leadership, data integration expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive AI and analytics capabilities from concept through production in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for AI tooling and data connectivity initiatives, driving products from concept to launch.
• Translate business needs and product strategy into clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to design and implement data connectors for internal and external financial datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable data ingestion, transformation, and availability for analytics and AI models.
• Evaluate, onboard, and maintain new data sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial and fundamental data.
• Continuously assess opportunities to improve data coverage, connectivity, performance, and usability across AI and analytics platforms.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous optimization and future investment decisions.
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders, including engineering, research, analytics, and business partners, ensuring clear communication and prioritization.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred).
• 5 years of experience in a data, product, or integration-focused role.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial, market, and research datasets.
• Proven experience in data integration using APIs, data connectors, or ETL frameworks to support AI or analytics use cases.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data pipelines, model lifecycle, and associated tooling.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Prior experience in financial services, investment banking, or research-driven organizations.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering data-driven products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses, streaming).
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and tooling.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data security best practices in financial environments.
• Experience with API standards (REST, GraphQL) and data integration frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering and data science teams to operationalize AI initiatives.

*** Pay Rate- $60-$68.00/hour
