Job Title: Junior Financial Operations Support (Entry-Level)
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Onsite
Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour
Contract: 6 month contract with possible extension and/or conversion
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support daily banking and financial operations activities, including client account maintenance, transaction processing, and operational support tasks
- Prepare, review, and process client-related documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, compliance, risk, and portfolio management to support business objectives and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with client onboarding, account updates, reporting requests, and operational inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all activities follow internal risk, compliance, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Support process improvement initiatives, operational projects, and workflow optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and client experience
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide account support, resolve inquiries, and deliver professional customer service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
