Entry level Professional / Recent Grads

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative in Stevens Point, WI.

Pay Rate: $19-$20/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide professional, courteous assistance.
• Respond to customer questions regarding accounts, products, services, payments, and transactions.
• Research customer issues and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
• Enter and update customer information, account details, and service requests in internal systems.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in CRM or internal systems.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, banking, financial services, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with computers, databases, and multiple systems.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work in a team-oriented environment.
