We’re hiring Safety Drivers to support the testing and development of autonomous vehicles in Austin, Texas. You’ll help test next-generation vehicles on real-world roads while gaining hands-on experience in an innovative industry.

💰 $24.00 --$25.00/hour
🕐 Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
📌 Direct Placement
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate autonomous vehicles during on-road testing
- Alternate between manual driving and supervising autonomous mode
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, the vehicle, and surrounding environment
- Identify hazards and respond quickly and safely
- Work with remote operators and engineering teams
- Perform vehicle safety checks before and after shifts
- Collect driving and vehicle performance data
- Document observations and testing activities
- Assist with basic technical tasks, hardware adjustments, and software uploads
- Support basic troubleshooting as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license for 3 years
- Clean driving record
- Strong driving skills and excellent situational awareness
- Excellent judgment and attention to detail
- Safety-first mindset
- Comfortable driving in different weather and road conditions
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable using technology and following detailed procedures
