Customer Service Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist in Green Bay, Stevens Point, or Hales Corners, WI.

Pay Rate Range: $17–19/hour

Schedule:

• Most positions: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday

• Some positions: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a $1/hour shift differential

• Must be available to work some Saturdays, typically every other Saturday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• When working Saturday, a flex day off will be provided during the week

• First 4 weeks of training: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday; no Saturdays during training

• Onsite position

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and empathetic customer service through a high volume of inbound calls, averaging approximately 50–60 calls per day

• Assist customers with questions and requests while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

• Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to research information and resolve customer needs

• Accurately document customer interactions and information in applicable systems

• Follow established procedures, schedules, and service guidelines

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability when addressing customer concerns

• Learn and effectively use multiple computer systems and tools

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, particularly throughout the training period

• Adapt to a fast-paced, structured corporate environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous customer service experience required; experience may include retail, food service, hospitality, call center, or other customer-facing environments

• Financial services experience is not required

• Strong empathy and a customer-focused approach

• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems quickly

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology

• Positive attitude and professional communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attendance and reliability are essential, including full attendance during training and limited absences during the 90-day assignment

• Ability to work the required schedule, including occasional Saturdays

• Must be comfortable working in a structured, onsite corporate environment
