Contract Specialist
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join a global organization serving the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. This role is responsible for managing customer contracts, SAP sales orders, invoicing, and commercial documentation throughout the project lifecycle while partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project Management teams.
Responsibilities
- Review customer purchase orders, contracts, and commercial documentation.
- Analyze customer terms and conditions and coordinate contract reviews with Legal.
- Create and maintain customer sales orders within SAP.
- Process contract amendments, change orders, and order acknowledgements.
- Generate down payment, milestone, progress, and final invoices in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract records and ERP data throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Support insurance administration, including certificates, renewals, and documentation.
- Assist with billing inquiries and commercial support activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in contract administration, order management, commercial operations, finance, or project administration.
- Experience working with ERP systems required; SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to review and interpret commercial contracts and customer terms and conditions.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
