Client Onboarding Analyst – Financial Institutions Group (FNBG)
Location: New York, NY | Job Type: Full-time/Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Analyst to support the end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients, ensuring regulatory, legal, and operational requirements are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and clients to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and account opening.
- Coordinate KYC, AML, and due diligence requirements.
- Support negotiation and execution of trading agreements (ISDA, MRA, CDEA, MSFTA).
- Partner with internal teams and clients to resolve onboarding requirements.
- Ensure timely onboarding while meeting regulatory and business deadlines.
- Deliver excellent client service and support process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, Investment Operations, Financial Services, or Client Services.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and client-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of onboarding, KYC/AML, and trading agreements (ISDA, MRA) is preferred.
*** Pay Range- $30.00 - $33.00/hour
