Call Center Representative – Contract Opportunity

📍 Location: Columbus, OH

📅 Duration: 6–12-month contract

💲 Pay: $17-$19/hour

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a Call Center Representative with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships included) to join the team at a leading investment banking firm.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field) preferred

✔ Experience or internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred

✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

✔ Additional consideration for candidates with:

• A college degree

• Previous contact center experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls related to customer inquiries and account support

• Provide accurate and efficient responses while meeting key performance metrics

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
