Job Description:
Partner with Delivery Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors to scope, plan, and oversee execution of the payments project portfolio Support project leaders in refining scope, managing budgets, and tracking timelines using Microsoft Project and Clarity/Open Workbench.
Administer vendor engagement processes including setup, invoicing, cost tracking, and closure, ensuring compliance with procurement standards.
Manage program-level budgets and portfolio-level effort tracking, ensuring transparency across multi-dimensional initiatives.
Proactively identify risks and issues, escalated concerns, and implemented corrective actions to maintain project health.
Develop and executed strategies for task-level data tracking, enabling accurate portfolio reporting and performance monitoring.
Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships to align business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners
