Job Title: BI Reporting Analyst III
Location: Mountain View, CA - Hybrid, 3 days Onsite
Contract: 12 Months, extendable
Rate Range: $58 - $62/hr on W2 DOE

- Simplification: Reduce complex data into insights the business can act on.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting, visualizations, and dashboards to deliver business insights. Manage a repository of reusable data visualization templates and views.
- Proactively Client and improve data sources, and build pipelines or perform ETL when needed.
- Gather, clean, consolidate, and productionalize large datasets from our databases to support dashboards and the team's analytics needs.
- Design and analyze A/B tests using test-and-control methodologies, and perform performance attribution to measure impact.
- Perform ad hoc analyses as necessary.
- Experience developing visualization solutions in BI tools; Tableau or Qlik Sense helpful.
- Advanced SQL with data warehouses (Databricks, Redshift, SparkSQL, Athena), including segmentation and aggregation from scratch; high proficiency preferred. Python a plus.
- Experience using AI-enabled analytics and reporting tools. (Claude/Cursor).
- Demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities under strict deadlines, and to scale and build AI-enabled solutions.
