Our client, a Global Tech Company, is looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst in Remote.
Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract - 6 months
Pay Rate Range: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Deliver actionable reporting, forecasting insights, and ad-hoc analysis to support revenue growth and renewal sales performance
- Support annual sales planning, including quota setting, compensation plan influence, and territory alignment
- Conduct pipeline and forecast analysis to improve monthly and quarterly forecast accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Deals Desk, and Order Management to ensure booking accuracy and process excellence
- Drive reporting enhancements, KPI development, and operational process improvements across renewal sales
Requirements:
- 5 years of Sales Operations or Renewal Operations experience within a software/SaaS organization
- Strong experience with AI-enabled workflows, process automation, or AI-driven business analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive stakeholder support experience
