Job Title: PC / LAN Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ –   Onsite
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay range: $25 to $30 per hour (DOE)
 
Job Description:

• Support a large-scale Desktop Refresh Program involving deployment and replacement of desktop and laptop systems
• Perform system imaging, workstation setup, and installation of peripherals such as monitors, docking stations, and printers
• Conduct hardware replacement and provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
•  Provide onsite technical support to judicial staff and end users with a professional, customer-focused approach
• Track inventory and update ticketing/asset management systems with accurate documentation
• Follow deployment schedules, rollout timelines, and standard procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume deployment environment
  Assist with asset tracking and maintain records of deployed equipment

• Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, deployment, or technical support (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience deploying and configuring Windows desktop and laptop systems
• Basic knowledge of workstation imaging and deployment processes.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting peripherals (monitors, docking stations, printers)
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures and deployment schedules
• Basic troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  Experience updating tickets and documenting completed work
   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
  Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations

• Experience supporting desktop refresh or large-scale deployment projects
• Familiarity with SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or similar tools
• Experience in enterprise or public sector IT environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting
• Experience with asset tracking and inventory management systems
• Experience working in high-volume deployment environments.
