- Pay Range: $170 - $190/hr. On W-2 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities Include
- Take first calls with partners referred by sales leaders, partner sales managers, and the partnerships team, and decide whether each one joins the program or goes to standard onboarding.
- Run accepted partners through a 45-day plan: certify at least ten people, register customer deployments in the partner portal, write up three deployments, and prepare for our delivery readiness review.
- Track each partner's progress and flag stalls early. At day 45, recommend whether the partner moves to a partner manager for ongoing coverage or back to standard support.
- Manage a light-touch pool of partners that meet program criteria but are not ready for ongoing coverage. Share program updates, point them to resources, and watch for signs they are ready to move up.
- Introduce ready partners to account executives and partner sales managers for co-selling.
- Run this at volume with Claude-based playbooks, skills, and trackers, and suggest ways to improve them.
Qualifications
- 5 years of partner management experience, ideally with consulting firms or systems integrators.
- Comfort running many partners at once with a structured playbook and clean Salesforce records.
- Expert use of Slack, including running shared channels with partners and coordinating internal teams through it every day.
- Clear, direct writing, and the confidence to give partner leaders candid, constructive feedback.
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools.
