Position Summary

The Controls Project Coordinator is a regional role reporting directly to the Service Coordination Manager. This position serves as a key liaison between branch-level operations and corporate by executing various administrative functions in support of project delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Controls Project Manager, assisting with day-to-day internal project operations
• Process and manage project-related documentation including sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, returns and credits
• Coordinate subcontractor payment requests and approvals with the Controls Team.
• Maintain and update financial tracking spreadsheets for multiple ongoing projects
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure materials are available to meet project and customer demands
• Manage and oversee the Commercial Controls Warranty Program and the Commercial Controls Expert Program
• Support purchasing activities as required
• Maintain and update the Controls submittal and production backlog
• Conduct monthly meetings with Project Management teams to complete progress billing and forecasting
• Participate in required internal and external training and certification programs
• Collaborate with and provide support to all functions within the Controls Department
• Perform additional duties assigned by management

• Familiarity with factory policies is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of Access, HVAC Partners and Sage is an advantage

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma
• 3 years related experience preferred

Pay: $21.00 - $26.37 per hour
