How You'll Contribute
As Marketing and Communications Manager you will support the execution of Russell's marketing, communication and brand initiatives by developing content, maintaining digital platforms, coordinating internal messaging and producing pursuit and promotional materials that strengthen relationships and build meaningful relationships with clients.

How You'll Contribute
As Marketing and Communications Manager you will support the execution of Russell's marketing, communication and brand initiatives by developing content, maintaining digital platforms, coordinating internal messaging and producing pursuit and promotional materials that strengthen relationships and build meaningful relationships with clients.
Digital Marketing & Platform Management
- Develop, maintain and optimize website and digital client touchpoints
- Execute paid advertising and social media campaigns
- Support e-blasts, videos, and digital lead generation tools
- Monitor performance metrics and user behavior
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure functionality and user experience
- Create e-blast templates, presentations, SOQs, one-pagers, and flipbooks
- Maintain pursuit content library
- Draft marketing and campaign copy
- Support video content development
- Collaborate with BD and operations to ensure technical accuracy
- Support RFQ/RFP content development as necessary
- Write and distribute The Weekly Build (internal eblast)
- Create and update SharePoint pages
- Support messaging for enterprise initiatives and meetings
- Support LinkedIn best practices and standards across leadership
- Manage jobsite signage design and signage store
- Track communication effectiveness and feedback
- Draft press releases and media kits
- Assist with award submissions and guest articles
- Coordinate community sponsorship requests
- Support volunteer and community engagement initiatives
- Track media coverage and sponsorship ROI
- Coordinate onboarding announcements and welcome packages
- Maintain LinkedIn profiles and website bios
- Support office branding updates and environmental graphics
- Assist with communications for acquisitions and internal transitions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
