What You’ll Do
• Lead daily operations including sales performance, cost control, and guest satisfaction
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are consistently met
• Manage staff schedules, assignments, and ongoing training
• Cultivate a positive work culture through coaching and accountability
• Handle daily financials and ensure accurate cash management
• Deliver the Russ’ experience with energy, leadership, and consistency
What You Bring to the Table
• High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
• 3 years of restaurant management or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and health regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
