What You’ll Be Doing
As a Server/Bartender at Rush on Main, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel at home.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and making menu recommendations.
- Running food and drinks to tables promptly.
- Keeping drinks refilled and tables clean throughout service.
- Handling checks, payments, and POS orders with accuracy.
- Completing opening, running, and closing duties.
- Assisting teammates whenever needed.
- Learning bartending duties and stepping into bar shifts as you grow into the role.
Some morning shifts may involve solo service/bartending responsibilities, so dependability and confidence are essential.
