Pay Range: $50.68 - $75.51 per hour

Summary:
This position is responsible leading the implementation, testing, planning and maintenance of Rush’s applications and systems. This role serves as a liaison between users and technical staff, working with business areas to collect, aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights and business performance. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

- 10 years experience with scheduling, staffing, and timekeeping system
- 3 years experience with UKG Pro WFM
- 5 years experience with cloud HCM/ERP systems
- 1-3 years leading a team and/or project manager for 1M projects
- 1-3 years working in Healthcare
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Working knowledge of Healthcare Analytics and Productivity
- Working knowledge of UKG Datahub
- 7 years of system analysis or systems development experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Deep experience with a variety of programming languages and development tools and ability to assist colleagues with development and troubleshooting use of tools.
- Experience assessing business needs and translating them into relevant solutions in an ERP or EMR environment.
- Experience leading teams of 3-5 individuals in completing project requirements.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- 10 years experience with cloud HCM/ERP systems
- Working knowledge of UKG Healthcare Extensions
- Working knowledge of UKG Integrations and Transaction Assistant
- Either Human Resources or Healthcare systems related degree and/or certification (ex. RN license, SHRM, HRIP, etc)
