What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager/Therapy Services position at Rush Copley Medical Center?
The Therapy Manager functions within the framework of the objectives and standards of the Department of Physical Rehabilitation. The Therapy Manager has the authority and responsibility for 24-hour planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling of all therapy services in all venues within the Department of Physical Rehabilitation in compliance with all hospital and departmental policies. CARF experience a plus.
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree or higher in PT, OT, or Speech Therapy required. Master’s degree in related healthcare or business field required. Doctorate degree preferred.
Licensure: Licensed and currently registered to practice as a therapy professional in the state of IL
Certifications: Certified in CPR, national certification preferred.
Experience: Demonstrated clinical expertise in therapy services. Minimum of three years progressive leadership experience.
