The Director of Professional Nursing Practice (PNP) plays a vital leadership role in the system, guiding the evolution and excellence of nursing care. This individual works within a matrixed structure to lead transformative projects, drive innovation in care delivery, and foster an environment where nurses can thrive and develop professionally. This position promotes a culture of accountability and compassion and actively works to elevate standards of practice through education, mentorship, and advocacy. Provides site-specific leadership for professional nursing practice within the department of nursing, including but not limited to technology, innovation, research, implementation science, staff and leadership transition and growth, and practice guidelines. Provides leadership for system-wide projects, programs, and initiatives as assigned.

- BSN is required. MSN, MHA, or MBA also required
- Minimum four years of relevant experience, including two years in supervisory or management roles.
