Clinical Manager, Nursing Operations is the clinical and business leader for nursing operations, which encompasses nursing supervisors, nursing float pool, virtual nursing, patient throughput, and staffing effectiveness.

Position Requirements

Must be licensed in the State of IL as a registered nurse.

Earned nursing degree at the baccalaureate level or higher required.

Graduate degree in a healthcare-related field required.

CPR required.

Specialty certification preferred; required within two years.

Experience: 3-5 years recent acute care nursing operations experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
