What We're Looking For
- Extensive automotive repair and diagnostic experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude with respect for customers and coworkers
- Valid driver's license (ASE certifications are a plus, but experience matters most)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
- Perform maintenance and repairs accurately and efficiently
- Clearly identify repair needs without overselling unnecessary work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Take pride in workmanship and customer satisfaction
