Registered Nurse (RN) Manager – Detox Residential Facility
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations within our Detox Residential treatment program. This leadership role is central to ensuring safe, effective withdrawal management and high‑quality patient care in a 24/7 residential setting.
The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, experience in detox or behavioral health environments, and the ability to guide nursing teams through the unique challenges of substance withdrawal, stabilization, and patient support. Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing training.
- Oversee daily clinical operations within the detox residential program, ensuring safe and effective withdrawal management.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards specific to residential detox services.
- Coordinate and oversee patient assessments, withdrawal monitoring, medication administration, and documentation using EMR/EHR systems.
- Support accurate medical records management and ensure timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning, case management, and utilization review to support continuity of care.
- Implement and monitor infection control procedures and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Promote staff development and foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and compassionate care.
Pay: $50.44 - $60.75 per hour
