Support Engineer

Job Description:
• Take ownership of the system/product from an issue resolution perspective
• Understand user actions and requirements to effectively triage and troubleshot issue
• Triage, troubleshoot, identify root cause, and resolve issues.
• Plan and organize multiple issues with competing priorities.
• Communicate to stakeholders through the chain to keep everyone updated of progress and resolution.
• Strive to identify process and system improvements to reduce and eliminate system issues.
• Bring innovation and automation opportunities not limited to using AI/GenAI/AgenticAI based approaches to day to day work.
Additional Details:
• Should have min 6 years of prior WMS experience
• Should have prior production support experience on incident/problem management, service request handling, working in SLA driven environment,
• Should have min 1 year of MAWM experience
• Should be hands-on in resolving day to day issues
• Should have prior experience in working in onsite offshore model
• In a client facing role, should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead any issue triage, discussion independently , coordinating with other teams
• In a production support role, should be flexible to stretch as needed till issue is resolved
