Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Must have min 6 years of prior WMS experience
- Should have prior production support experience on incident/problem management, service request handling, working in SLA driven environment,
- Must have min 1 year of MAWM experience
- Must have hands-on in resolving day to day issues
- Should have prior experience in working in onsite offshore model
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead any issue triage, discussion independently , coordinating with other teams
In a production support role, should be flexible to stretch as needed till issue is resolved - Hands on experience with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues, identify causes, and recommend solutions quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
