What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mail Carrier position at Rural Raven?
Overview
This is a delivery job requiring a personal vehicle with decent clearance as the route includes rough dirt roads.
The schedule is every Tuesday 8:00 AM to 02:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to 01:30 PM
Applicants are required to get two passport photos (~$15.99 at Walgreens), fingerprint cards (~$28 at the local sheriffs), and a 3-5 year motor vehicle report (MVR, ~$1.50 at the DMV). Applicants will also need to fill out paperwork for a background check.

Start date will be once the background check is complete, typically 30 days after being submitted
Pay is $20/hour for training, first two days on the job, then $25/hour plus $1/scheduled mile (about 78 on Tuesday, and 54 on Friday).
Payroll is the 1st and 16th of every month by check.
