As an Administrative Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include supporting daily operations in the truck shop, with a strong focus on processing invoices, ordering parts, and maintaining accurate records. This role reports directly to the Truck Shop Manager.

- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

- Create and process invoices for repairs and services.
- Order truck parts, tools, and shop supplies from vendors.
- Compare pricing and availability between suppliers.
- Coordinate with technicians to keep records current.
- Maintain organized files for invoices, purchase orders, and service records.
- Performed other duties as assigned.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn fleet and maintenance systems.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage tasks.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills wh i le interacting with all levels of management at the DC and Store Support Center .
- Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and compliance processes.
- Must be effective in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and address challenges that may arise i n relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, foster relationships, and collaborate effectively.
