Concrete Finisher

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing concrete company. We specialize in high-quality residential concrete projects including driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, retaining walls, and decorative concrete throughout the Kansas City metro.

This isn’t a “show up and hold a shovel” job. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to learn, and enjoys building projects that last.

Responsibilities

• Form, pour, finish, and cure concrete
• Grade and prepare job sites
• Tie rebar and install reinforcement
• Operate power tools and construction equipment safely
• Assist with excavation and site cleanup
• Read tape measures and follow layout
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Maintain a clean, professional job site

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of concrete experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and on time every day
• Experience operating skid steers or other equipment is a plus
