Talbot & Sons Construction HIRING:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming freshly poured concrete into smooth, durable surfaces that meet project specifications. Your expertise will ensure high-quality finishes on a variety of concrete structures, including floors, walls, sidewalks, and other hardscapes.
Responsibilities
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping using hand tools and power tools such as trowels, floats, and screed
- Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to facilitate pouring operations
- Install rebar reinforcement and construct formwork to support concrete placement according to safety standards and design plans
- Perform concrete cutting, pouring, sealing, caulking, and finishing to achieve the desired surface texture and appearance
- Collaborate with team members on construction site safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment during all phases of the project
- Work effectively as part of a team on residential and commercial projects
- Prior experience in concrete finishing
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical labor

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
