Who We Need: Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC seeks a talented Litigation Attorney with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. This role is particularly well-suited for a senior associate seeking an accelerated path toward partnership and increased leadership responsibility within a growing office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in environmental litigation, insurance defense, and other high-stakes litigation matters.
- Appear in court, take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies while communicating clearly with clients and carriers.
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues.
- Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload, with support from a collaborative team.
- Stay current on developments in insurance defense, environmental, and commercial litigation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the New York State Bar.
- 6-10 years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
