Position Overview:
The Event Planner at Entwined Events is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing weddings, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations across Entwined’s venues and off-site locations. This role involves managing all aspects of the planning process, from initial consultation through event day execution, ensuring each client’s vision is brought to life with precision, creativity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the full event planning process.

Develop customized event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and budgets tailored to client needs.

Coordinate with in-house teams and outside vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, entertainers, rental companies, etc.).

Manage contracts, invoices, and event-related documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Conduct client meetings, venue walkthroughs, and tastings as needed.

Oversee all event details, including décor, catering, AV/lighting, transportation, and guest accommodations.

Supervise on-site setup, execution, and teardown to ensure flawless delivery.

Anticipate and troubleshoot event-day challenges, providing quick and effective solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to foster repeat business and referrals.

Stay current on industry trends and recommend creative enhancements to improve client experience.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Event Planner, Wedding Planner, or Event Coordinator (hospitality or venue experience strongly preferred).

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
