Rumor Medical Aesthetics is a boutique, provider-led medical spa focused on natural results, thoughtful treatments, and exceptional patient care. We believe aesthetics should feel personal, welcoming, and elevated. From the moment someone walks through our doors, we want each guest to feel cared for, comfortable, and confident they’re in the right place.
That experience begins at the front desk.
We’re looking for someone driven, polished, and genuinely kind to become the face of our practice. This person sets the tone for every visit by creating an organized, seamless, and luxury experience from check-in to check-out.
We are looking for someone with experience in a medspa, or similar, setting.
We’re especially looking for someone who wants more than “just a job” — someone excited to grow with us long-term, take initiative, and become an integral part of our team.
We are looking for someone to work 1 full day and 2 half days per week. These days will be set in advance. No weekends or major holidays.
Will start as very part-time, with the opportunity to become full-time in the future, as the business grows.
Duties
- Welcome every guest warmly and professionally
- Answer calls and messages with kindness and confidence
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Guide patients through check-in and check-out
- Ensure paperwork and intake forms are complete and accurate
- Upload and manage patient photos using iPad or office devices
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Open and close the spa each day
- Turn over treatment rooms and assist with laundry
- Keep spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Maintain stocked and tidy bathrooms and common areas
- Support providers and leadership with daily operations
Qualifications
- Naturally friendly and love connecting with people
- Professional communicator with a polished presence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Calm and solutions-focused when busy
- Fast learner who is comfortable with technology (Macs, iPads, scheduling systems, social media tools)
- Go-getter attitude with strong initiative
- Flexible schedule
- Looking to commit and grow long-term with our team
- Experience in medspa, salon, healthcare, or luxury client service is highly preferred
