Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Staff member at Rumble Boxing, located in Gilbert, AZ. In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, managing check-ins, answering inquiries, and assisting with memberships and class bookings. You will maintain a clean and organized front desk area, promote retail products, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Additional responsibilities may include handling administrative tasks and supporting the studio's daily operations.
