What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk position at Scottsdale Center For Sig?
Seeking a FULL-TIME scheduler/front desk person for an Ophthalmology practice. The position will include but is not limited to, answering Multi-phone lines, scheduling patients, medical records, collecting co-payments, verifying insurance, data entry. Hours are M-W 8:30-5:00 Some travel may be required. MUST have great phone skills MUST Have Experience answering multi-phone lines and MUST be able to multi-task. Excellent customer service and patient advocacy skills are required.
