RumbergerKirk is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience to join our growing Warranty Practice, which represents leading vehicle manufacturers in warranty claims. What You'll Do
- Manage all phases of warranty liability litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Draft and argue motions, prepare legal memoranda, and develop effective defense strategies.
- Communicate with clients, experts, and co-counsel to ensure proactive case management and strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver high-quality, results-driven legal work.
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
- 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience —warranty experience a plus.
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
