Join our dynamic team as an Area Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple store locations within your designated region. As an Area Leader, you will drive sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and foster a positive team culture across all stores under your supervision. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, employee development, and overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store managers to achieve sales targets, operational goals, and customer service standards.
• Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between stores and corporate headquarters to ensure alignment on initiatives and policies.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees to build strong retail teams.
• Manage budgets, payroll processing, and purchasing activities to optimize profitability and cost control.
• Promote a positive work environment by providing coaching, feedback, and leadership development opportunities for store teams.
• Travel up to 75% to stores within the division
• Must be willing to travel for up to 22 weeks of training

Experience

• Proven management experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of retail operations including POS systems, inventory control, merchandising, and sales management.
• Demonstrated leadership in training & development initiatives that enhance team performance.
• Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to coordinate multiple locations effectively.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
