This is a full-time hybrid role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Mequon, WI, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems. Daily tasks will include conducting preventive maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to environmental standards and regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance
- EPA certification
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant technical training or certification in HVAC systems
