Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our warehouse and installation operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inventory cycles and maintaining warehouse facilities.
- Supporting Install and Service departments by ensuring they have the right materials to meet customer needs.
- Processing, preparing, and loading shipments.
- Pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
- Maintaining a neat and clean company vehicle (some travel required).
- Enforcing inventory controls by tracking stock locations and printing requests.
- Following organizational standards to ensure quality service.
- Keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations organized and clean.
- Promoting a safe and compliant work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributing to team success by completing related tasks as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management.
- Attention to detail with solid reporting and documentation skills.
- Experience with inventory control and data entry.
- Ability to maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
- Dependable and self-motivated.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Forklift certification (required within 90 days of hire).
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred.
- Experience with ServiceTitan a plus.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours a week (overtime opportunities available)
